I am a Professional Corporate Trainer and Facilitator
After more than 30 years in the corporate sector working with many renown Multi National Companies (MNCs), I have seen the vast changes in employment with the advent of technology especially with the invention of the internet. I still remember that information was not readily available and we often had to spend hours and sometimes days just to retrieve information that is now readily available from the palm of our hands.
Information Technology or IT was painstakingly slow and the bulky mainframes would need to be constantly service due to their unreliability. I actually had a hands on experience with the Burroughs mainframe back in 1987 but it only lasted for a few months as I felt my life wasting away being cooped up in a server room to troubleshoot errors.
I have always been a people's person and over time have conducted many in-house courses ranging from technical to soft-skills. Although the benefits are huge for the participants but it was only limited to within the organization.
I became certified by HRD Corp and with my partner, we formed Explosive Minds Asia (XMA) and we did many Educational Training programs to many large and diverse companies. Unfortunately the company is no longer in operation but fortunately the trainings that we did played a huge impact to our clients.
